Inquiry Privacy Notice
This notice explains how inquiries through the BAGDigital website are delivered and how we handle the information you provide. It applies to our public inquiry form, not customer accounts or platform data.
What information you provide
When you send an inquiry through our website, we ask for your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and a short description of your project. You can optionally provide your business name. The form also asks you to acknowledge how your inquiry is handled. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, customer records, health information or other sensitive information.
How your inquiry is delivered
Our website uses Formspree to process public inquiry submissions for BAGDigital. Information you enter is sent to Formspree and stored in the form's submissions inbox. Depending on the form's notification settings, Formspree may also email a copy to BAGDigital at jaime@bagdigital.tech. Formspree may display a CAPTCHA or confirmation step. Submitting this form does not create a BAGDigital account.
How we use inquiries
BAGDigital uses inquiry information to understand your request, evaluate whether we can help, discuss a possible project and respond to you. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. If you decide to work with BAGDigital, we will discuss the scope and costs separately before paid work begins.
Retention and other providers
Formspree stores submissions in its account dashboard. Its published account limits (opens in a new tab) describe 30 days of submission history on its Free plan; retention may differ on other plans or for other records. This is Formspree's statement, not a BAGDigital guarantee about deletion or backups. Read Formspree's privacy policy (opens in a new tab) for more details. BAGDigital may separately retain email copies of inquiries as business correspondence without a promised fixed deletion deadline.

For questions about an inquiry, or to request that we review, correct or delete information you sent, email jaime@bagdigital.tech. We will review the request in light of our records and applicable obligations; a request is not a promise of immediate or complete deletion from Formspree or email systems. You may also contact us directly at that address instead of using the website form.
